Take the following steps if your Fargo C11 is jamming
Run a self test from the printer to determine
Manually clean the rollers with an 82133 alcohol cleaning card
Ensure that you are using the correct power supply
Try different Cards
Replace the foam pinch roller with a plastic one
Check the roller relief springs for wear. You may be able to bend them so they add tension on the pinch roller
